Secrets of the Eastern Shore co-founder Jim Duffy had some fun recently gabbing with Lisa Bryant and Jimmy Hoppa on WBOC-TV’s hit regional news & lifestyle show, “Delmarva Life.” Duffy chatted about his recent wintertime wanderings on the Delmarva Peninsula; shared some gorgeous shots by his photographer wife, Jill Jasuta; and told the incredible story of “Lady Eglantine,” a lowly chicken from Greensboro, Md. who became a national media sensation back in the early 1900s after shattering the world’s record for laying eggs in a single year. They even had a parade for the Lady up in Philadelphia!

You’re famous! Congrats Jim and Jill! :)
I saw this on live TV and thought, “Hey, I know those characters!” Good to see you getting some much deserved time in the spotlight!
