Cirque Dreams Holidaze Show in Salisbury on the Eastern Shore of Maryland• The “Festive Fridays” series of events in Cape Charles Nov. 28-Dec. 18 includes holiday movies at the Palace Theatre ranging from “White Christmas” to “Elf.”

• The Glenn Miller Orchestra has a holiday show at the Avalon in Easton on Fri., Nov. 27.

• The Clear Space Theatre in Rehoboth Beach presents a musical take on  “A Christmas Story” from Nov. 27-Dec. 13.

• The Texas Tenors (photo below left) will be singing from “Deep in the Heart of Christmas” in Ocean City on Sat., Nov. 28.

• Delmarva Public Radio and the Salisbury University Theatre Department are teaming up to present “Radio Live! A Christmas Carol” on campus on Sun., Nov. 29.

• Country crooner Ronnie Milsap will be bringing his Christmas show to Ocean City on Friday, Dec. 4.

• The folks at summertime’s Freeman Stage are bringing the Washington National Opera’s Young Artists Program to Georgetown, Del. on Friday, Dec. 4.

Texas Tenors Holiday Show in Ocean City on the Eastern Shore of Maryland• The Marva Theatre in Pocomoke has a theatrical take on “A Christmas Story” Dec. 4-13 (scroll down at link).

• The Possum Point Players in Georgetown, Del. are presenting a Christmas comedy, “The Trial of Ebeneezer Scrooge,” Dec. 4-13.

• The Garfield Theatre in Chestertown will be putting on “A Christmas Carol” from Dec. 4-20.

• The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra will perform Handel’s “Messiah” at Chesapeake College on Sat., Dec. 5.

• Furnacetown will have its annual “19th Century Christmas” event on Sat., Dec. 5 (scroll down at link).

• Sussex Ballet will be putting on “The Nutcracker” in Ocean City on Sat., Dec. 5.

• The veteran Americana band Over the Rhine promises a different kind of holiday show at the Avalon Theatre in Easton on Sat., Dec. 5.

• The Salisbury University Chorale and Madrigal Choir are featured in a Christmas concert on Sat., Dec. 5.

• The Cirque Dreams “Holidaze” show (photo at top right) at the Civic Center in Salisbury on Tue., Dec. 8 is a mix of dance, circus, and family theater.

Mid-Atlantic Symphony Holiday Show on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and in Southern Delaware• The Mid-Atlantic Symphony will be performing their “Holiday Joy” concert in Easton on Thurs., Dec. 10; in Ocean View on Fri., Dec. 11; and in Reboboth on Sat., Dec. 12. The Sun., Dec. 13 show in Ocean Pines is sold out.

• The Queen Anne’s Chorale will be performing music from Spain, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and the Caribbean during “Feliz Navidad” at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills on Sat., Dec. 12.

• The choir at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Chestertown will be singing the traditional Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols on Sunday, Dec. 13.

• A theatrical version of “A Christmas Story” is on tap Dec. 18-27 at the Avalon Theatre in Easton.
