Writer Jim Duffy of Secrets of the Eastern Shore will be in Easton, Md. for a book signing event on the afternoon of Sat., Nov. 9 at Vintage Books & Fine Art. The signing happens in the midst of the big annual Waterfowl Festival, a celebration of the arts and heritage of the Chesapeake Bay area that runs throughout the downtown area.

A Cambridge resident, Duffy is the author of a brand-new book, Eastern Shore Road Trips (Vol. 2): 26 MORE One-Day Adventures on Delmarva. The books are published under the banner of Secrets of the Eastern Shore, a local business that celebrates the beauty and heritage of the Delmarva Peninsula in books, photographs, greeting cards, and other products. Duffy runs the business in partnership with his wife, the photographer Jill Jasuta.

Located at 4 North Washington Street, Vintage Books & Fine Art showcases the work of top regional artists in a bookstore environment focused on rare and used titles, with special collections devoted to Eastern Shore history as well as poetry, literature, maps, and historic documents.
